Jesus of Nazareth also known as Jesus Christ became the general attention when he was baptized by John the Baptist. He got baptized because he heard John's preaching and following his baptism he went in the desert for prayer and reflection.
Jesus would teach people in small groups and sometimes it would be in large gatherings. Jesus attracted twelve disciples most of them were fisherman and common workers. Peter, James, and John were the closet to Jesus out of the twelve disciples he attracted. Galilean ministry after Jesus of Nazareth returned from the desert he began to preach and letting the people in Galilee learn about the mighty marvelous Jesus of Nazareth. Jesus's preaching at Galilee taught people to not remember and hang on to the past because God would overthrow the past and make the future new and wonderful. Jesus Christos (Christ). Disciples taught that all people could achieve salvation. Apostles are 12 men chosen to be earliest christian ministry. Letters sent to churches were called epistles. When Jesus of Nazareth came to be a big thing in Rome the popularity grew because of the message he said because not only Jews could receive salvation, but everyone could. The knowledge he gave to others came from the gospels. |
